Please allow 1-3 business days for all orders to be processed. Orders that are placed during the weekend, will be processed the next business day. All items will be shipped no later than the 4th business day after your order confirmation has been received. ALWAYS try to place your order for hair in advance, or utilize the LACED Express option of any event to ensure you will have your hair by the desired date.
After your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number via the email you provided during checkout. There should be a link to that email that will send you directly to the USPS website to track your order, and keep track of its way to you.
Unfortunately, we do NOT offer refunds or exchanges. However in an unlikely event you receive a damaged item, we will gladly replace it. Once you receive your order, you have 24 hours to reach out to us regarding your order.
This hair can last for a long time, the better you take GOOD care of it…the LONGER you can have it and REUSE! Our clients generally use the hair for 6-12 months.
A full sew in with our hair, would need approximately 8-10 ounces of hair. We highly suggest buying 2 bundles for lengths 12”-18”. We suggest 3 bundles for lengths 20” or longer. Each bundle is full. Keep in mind that since the hair is sold by total weight the rule is “ the longer the hair, the shorter the weft”.
This is 100% virgin human hair that has not been processed in any way. You can color the hair, however, once the hair is treated in any way, it is no longer virgin hair. Be sure to keep color treated, conditioned, and moisturized.

-ALL custom wigs ship in 10-14 business days AFTER payment is processed.

-Measurements are REQUIRED. Failure to do so…ORDER WILL BE CANCELLED!
